FAQ

  • Nope. Tapes on us!

  • Absolutely not! Just hand the item to our courier at pickup.

  • We’ll print the label for you. Just add the image file or document as an attachment while you book a pickup.

  • Rule of thumb:

    If it fits into the back of a small car, we’ll handle it.

  • Daze is currently available on all post codes (except Suomenlinna) in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. We’re constantly expanding our service area.

  • Our pickups are 2 hour slots available for next day, or up to 7 days in advance. More accurate estimate, down to the minute, is provided on the same day.

    All pickup slots are between Mon-Fri 08-20 & Sat 10-18.

  • No. We handle the initial stages of your return. The retailer you bought the item from processes your refund.

    If you have questions about refunds, contact the retailer.

  • Yes! During booking, select “Code” in the menu below of the photo of your item. You can enter your Helposti code or merchant code there.
